Our fully equipped workshop is based in the Gulf Harbour Marine Service Centre. We have several purpose design areas including a stay building bench, rope work loft and machine shop.
Big or small we have the space and equipment to get your job done.
Services
Inspections
From pre-purchase to your annual insurance check, we offer comprehensive inspections with a written report and photographs. Offshore certification inspections are also available.
Refits & Repairs
Everything from fully replacing wire, rod or synthetic rigging to fixing up-mast electrics, instruments and antennas. Spar repairs, refinishing and welding services also available.
Servicing
We take care of all shapes and sizes of furling gear, winches, blocks, cleats and other hardware. Rig tuning, sheave replacement and mast collar re-sealing services also available.
Wire Work
All your standing rigging needs in one place. We can supply you the end terminals or other fittings, or simply swage it all together. We also make Lifelines, gates and anything else you can dream up.
Rope Work
From dinghy to superyacht we can supply and splice halyards, sheets or running rigging. We also make Lazy jacks. Marina and Mooring lines and can attach your anchor warp to its chain.
Hardware & Parts
We can supply anything from A to Z including blocks, cleats, deck organisers, eyes, fairleads, genoa cars, handles,
instruments, jammers,
all the way to winches.
Lifelines & Jackstays
Full replacement service and parts available, including pelican clips, shackles and plastic coating.
Lazy Jacks
We offer a full end to end service including design, fabrication and fitting to suitable for your boat & sails.
Mooring Lines
Tailor made to fit your boat and marina, or the parts to make it yourself. Anchor snubbers also available.
Storage
If you are having other boat work done, we have the facility to store your mast and rigging indoors.
Painting & Refinishing
We work closely with other services to accommodate masts and other gear that needs painting.
Machining & Manufacturing
We have a fully equipped workshop with lathe and mill. We can also arrange welding as needed.
Removal, Install & Transport
From a full end to end service, to a pull and package for shipping. We can do this all onsite at Gulf Harbour.
Architectural
